After over 20 years of service from the MSD Blaster 2 coil, it has been replaced with the MSD 8207 Blaster SS coil with great results!
This car saw the racetrack many times and now is back on the street to just "cruise" with an occasional HIT!

Fantastic product! I bought this and put it on my car that would not start when it got down to 10 above and it starts now like its summer. Very easy to put on, kit comes complete with everything you need. This is the most powerful heater of its kind and have tried others but thiy just dont do the job. Five stars

I recently bought a 2006 Lancer and decided to upgrade the system... No amps or subs, but simply a USB deck and 4 new 6.5" speakers. I have never been a fan of Powerbass since I've installed their Amps and Pre-amps for customers with disappointing results (but the customer wanted it, hence the installation of such)! Nevertheless, having never used Powerbass speakers, and now forking out all that money for a car, I decided that buying a great head unit (Pioneer 6100BT) was necessary and maybe a cheaper 6.5" until finances allow for bigger and better. Seeing the price of these things, I thought I'd grab a pair for the rear dash and then I'd swap out the doors later on! Thank God I only bought 1 pair and didn't buy the pair for the doors! These speakers are by far the worst and most acoustically poor aftermarket speakers I have ever used in my life... They are better than the factory ones obviously, but maybe by 5%. The bass is muffled and horrible, the tweeter struggles to give you those highs that we desperately need, and the mid sounds flat and pinpointed. I now realize that Powerbass has NOTHING worth buying! I thought I'd haver to spend a lot to get good sound quality until I heard the same four speaker setup in his car with Pioneer 5100UB. His speakers were Boss 6.5" and they sound perfect!!! I recommend if you are thinking of these, don't!!!!!!!!!!!! Check these Boss speakers out instead, they are cheaper and sound way better!

With some trimming and time these worked just fine on my 2004 Expedition. 1 1/2 hours for initial fit-up with the additional store bought two sided tape then 30 minutes for screws installation the next weekend. It took 2 packs of step shields to have enough for all 4 doors on the SUV. Trim off the 90 degree lip then trim to length with sharp scissors, slowly, using masking tape as a guide edge on the under side of the shield. Set in the sun for a while for prior bending to fit then install plenty of tape to the shield. Two strips of 1/2" wide on each flat surface of the step shield then set onto Suv. Always clean surfaces to be taped with rubbing alchohol and a lint free wipe first. I had to add self tapping screws to help hold them in place since the tape was not enough on all edges. They would lift up a little. 8 black screws in each front door shield and 6 in each rear door shield. Equally spaced and near the edges. Tap the screw into place, remove and apply clear silicone glue to hole then reinstall the screw. Do not over tighten. I used a drill to tap the screws only and then a screwdriver by hand to tighten. Not a problem and makes them look more fractory and safer. I'm really happy with the finished job.

These are great speakers. I do not know why anyone would say otherwise unless they just do not know what sound quality is. These hit hard for their size and the tweeters are not harsh like most others. They get nice and loud without distorting. Don't be afraid of paper cones. They still produce the best quality sound without ear fatigue. For the price, you can't beat em.

Definitely makes a difference when starting up my F-150, even in temps as low as -20F. I have it set on a timer to start in the morning a few hours before I head out so it won't run all night. It does what it advertises (heats up oil and surely helps with cold starts), but if you're looking to get warm air from your heater more quickly this probably isn't the best bet. I does help some, but a frost plug replacement or coolant heater would work best for that. However, even running just a few hours before I head out I do notice my temp gauge pops up faster, and even faster still if I let it run all night. Gets hot enough in a few second that you can't even touch it...watch out!!

For the install, it's fairly simple (it took about 30 minutes). It came with everything needed...the pad is adhesive backed (sandpaper included to make sure you create a good bond), silicone to seal around the edges and a few wire-ties to run the cord to the front of the vehicle.

Recently I purchased this Powerbass 6-1/2 inch speaker as a replacement for my 2006 Pontiac. I was a little skeptical upon ordering because I had never heard these before with my own ears, but rather I based my decision on the recommendation of a long time friend. After installing the speaker in the factory location I could hardly wait to turn on the radio and listen to my favorite CD. Wow was I impressed! The sound was so much cleaner and louder then the factory speaker I had replaced. The Powerbass uses a silk dome tweeter just like the far more expensive Polk Audio 6-1/2 and wow can you hear the difference. The vocals are crystal clear and the sounds of an acoustic guitar are right on! My long time friend did me a big favor and saved me a lot of money (almost half the price of the Polk) and I want to do the same for any one else looking to upgrade the sound of their car speakers. Try the PowerBass and you will find yourself writing a review here too!

This is a great product, it does what it says it does, It heats my duramax up when its -35 F and it fires right up with great oil pressure. Before with just the tank heater I had no oil pressure for up to a minute, this was no good. I installed this very easily, 15 minutes. It heats the whole engine from the bottom up. The frost plug heaters only heat from the waterline up. This is a must for cold weather operation. Five STARS!

Recvd the speakers quickly and they installed easily. They sound great and the price was super low. Thanx!

PS These speakers replaced the ones in the door panel, not the dash. I left the dash speakers as is cause they work fine.
