I just had these put in my 2006 Subaru Impreza today, and they sound nice. Based on the size, don’t expect much bass out of these without distortion–low-end frequency is rated at 75-Hz–not really all that low. The separate tweeter is very nice. Expect decent sound from these speakers for mid to high frequencies. Don’t expect to be amazed by them, though. Note that Infinity rates these as “True 4 Ohm” speakers. The voice coil is 2 Ohms, but resistance increases due to heat when operational and due to wire and interconnects leading from the deck to the speakers. These speakers are running fine on my Kenwood deck rated for 4-8 Ohm speaker impedance.
